I can show you to make Quiche! 

Having taken Culinary classes for three years, really brought out the creative chef in me. The following recipe I am show you is not only a healthy option, but an easy way to get your morning going! Perfect for the college kids and busy moms!

Ingredients  ( 12 Servings) 

8 large eggs
8 oz of ham 
10 oz of  shredded cheese
Half of a green pepper
Half of a red pepper
Half a pound of mushrooms
2 oz of onions
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste


Directions 
1. Pre-Heat oven at 325 degrees.  
2.Cut mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper, onions and ham to batonnet or 1/4 in pieces. Put aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, onions, salt, red and black pepper. 
4.Add the vegetables to the wet mix, and half of the cheese.
5. Pam spray the cupcake pan. 
6. Add mixture to the pan, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
7. Bake for 25 min. Let cool for 5. Ready to eat or freeze!
